The Tabby Whistleblowing Hotline (hereinafter – the Service) is provided only for registering and processing information on violations of the Tabby FZ-LLC, and its subsidiaries and associated companies (hereinafter – the Company) Code of Ethics, and is in accordance with the provisions of whistleblower protection laws in United Arab Emirates.
The Company reserves the right to refuse registration of cases that do not meet the criteria for registration. The Service is intended for users older than 18 years of age.
You are protected from retaliation if your report is made in good faith and to the best of your knowledge. Malicious reporting is prohibited and may lead to legal consequences under the UAE law.
Your report will be reviewed in the country which you indicate as the event location or where the violation took place. Legal relations that arise in connection with the review of your report are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates or the country where the violation took place. Any terminology used in this document should be interpreted in accordance with Saudi Arabian law or, if applicable, the legislation of the country where the violation occurred.
Warning about the absence of an emergency
This Service is not an emergency service.
Do not use the Service to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property.
Reports submitted through this Service may not receive an immediate response.
If you need urgent assistance, contact your nearest law enforcement or emergency services.
Ethicontrol treats reports received as confidential and shares any report received in accordance with the agreement with the Company and Ethicontrol's Privacy Statement.
Ethicontrol only uses the information submitted by reporters to provide services to the Company and in accordance with Ethicontrol's Privacy Statement. By submitting a report, you authorize the organization about which you are filing a report, and its affiliated and subsidiary companies, to collect, process, store, and otherwise use the report and information submitted as that organization deems appropriate, in line with Saudi Arabian privacy regulations.
In addition to the disclosures identified elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions, Ethicontrol may disclose information about you as required by Saudi law, to protect and secure the integrity of our systems and the data we host, and may share information with law enforcement to enforce our rights or as otherwise required by applicable law.
Ethicontrol does not warrant the accuracy or reliability of the information collected, nor does it investigate or resolve issues or concerns submitted. Please be advised that the Company is responsible for evaluating the information submitted and complying with all applicable Saudi laws, regulations, and guidelines relating to the investigation and protection of the information submitted.
Ethicontrol's system is not a government-classified system. You are specifically prohibited from uploading any information which may be considered Top Secret, Secret, or any confidential information that requires safeguarding in the interest of national security.
By submitting a report to Ethicontrol, you understand and acknowledge that Ethicontrol's sole obligation is to receive your report and make it available to the Ethicontrol Customer whose intake portal you have used. Ethicontrol will incur no liability as a result of the action or inaction of its Customer. You, on behalf of yourself and your heirs, successors, family members, agents, and assigns, agree to and do hereby release Ethicontrol and its respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, successors, predecessors, agents, and assigns, of and from any and all liability, claims, actions, causes of action, and damages which relate in any way to Ethicontrol's Customer's actions or failure to act as the result of having received, or having access to, information related to a report.
